Your training follows a dual system: The practical phase takes place in the well-equipped training workshop at the CHIRON Group site in Tuttlingen, Germany, and in the company's specialist departments. The theoretical phase is held in the vocational schools in Tuttlingen, Spaichingen, Rottweil, or Villingen-Schwenningen.

Description

Your practical training will familiarize you with the basics of metalworking, electrical engineering and electronics. You will test your new skills in the electrical engineering, commissioning, and assembly departments. Here, you will find a teaching space that allows you to assemble, install, and commission component assemblies and complete machines. In the design department, you will create wiring diagrams and PLC programs. The theoretical training content such as electrical, control, drive, supply, and lighting engineering will be taught at the vocational school.

Description

Description

The combination of mechanics, electronics, and computer science offers you excellent opportunities for the future. For example, various specialist departments in which you will be involved during your practical training are: spindle assembly, component assembly, CNC machining center assembly, final inspection, construction of robot cells and automation solutions, and servicing. You will gain an insight into the assembly of the CNC machining centers, quality control, component assembly, and many other departments that will later carry out their work based on your drawings. The theory part of the training at the vocational school includes technical mathematics, detailed design, and CAD design.
