Coating brake disks makes a significant contribution to reducing particulate matter pollution in the air. AM Coating is an industrial system for the application of anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coatings, for example, for hybrid or electric cars. The applied coating is firmly bonded thanks to high-speed laser metal deposition with powder. The coatings provide efficient, long-term protection of the conventional cast disks.
In order to cover a wide range of market requirements, the system is available in two versions for uniform operation and maintenance: As AM Coating SINGLE for developing process parameters or for small series, and as AM Coating TWIN for fully automated coating of large quantities.
