Greater productivity with limited resources. Greater flexibility despite cost pressures. Producing smaller batch sizes cost-effectively and further automating processes: Manufacturing companies must meet many requirements simultaneously in order to continue to operate successfully in the face of intense international competition.
That is exactly what we would like to discuss with you at AMB 2026. And we’d like to show you how these challenges can be successfully overcome with the right technologies, processes and automation solutions.
Where Automation meets Machining Excellence
In Hall 10, Booth C52, we will be demonstrating automated machining solutions for a wide variety of production scenarios live. The focus is on productive concepts for individual parts, small batches and variant production – particularly for demanding materials and complex applications. Here’s an example: with the integrated combination of the Micro5 XL and Variocell PALLETT for the automated handling of zero-point pallets, you can see for yourself just how efficiently complex precision parts can be manufactured.
The MT 715 is designed for maximum process integration. It combines milling, turning and other technologies into a single, continuous machining process. This reduces set-up time and logistics whilst ensuring high process reliability and reproducible quality.
The new modular machine concept of the MILL Series offers greater flexibility for customising your production solution, for example with the MILL 2000. Standardised components also reduce delivery times and simplify the supply of spare parts and maintenance.
A prime example of cost-effective variant production is an FZ 16 S five axis with an optimised Variocell PALLET in action. With 26 pallets, this automation solution offers a high degree of flexibility for frequently changing workpieces and orders. Also on display: the FZ 19 S five axis with a new, freely accessible pallet changer. This in-house development enables long autonomous running times, unobstructed access to the set-up pallet and high productivity with efficient use of floor space.
What manufacturing solutions will we be showcasing at AMB 2026? Here’s a brief preview:
New: Manage your orders easily and intelligently
Integrated into all exhibits: a new SmartLine module for order management and automation control. The system supports autonomous and flexible production – particularly for small batch sizes.
In addition, our experts at the stand will be providing information on the other areas of expertise of the CHIRON Group – ranging from bespoke automation and turnkey solutions to services designed to ensure high productivity and machine availability in the long term.
The »Interactive Showroom« provides an overview of the entire product range. Here, for example, we offer advice on 5-axis machining – from the Micro5 for intricate precision parts right through to the DZ 22 W five axis for cost-effective complete machining in series production. We also explain why the benefits of this technology are best realised through an integrated, end-to-end system comprising the machine, process, automation and quality assurance.
We look forward to speaking with you in person! Whether it’s about specific projects, new manufacturing requirements or initial ideas for the future of your production. Come and visit us at AMB 2026 in Stuttgart in September – Hall 10, Booth C52!
