+++ Shaping the future – with new talents and bright prospects +++

In September 2025, a large number of new apprentices and dual-study students began their careers at the CHIRON Group. In technical and commercial roles, they can look forward to hands-on training featuring modern learning methods, personalised support and fascinating insights into international manufacturing environments.

As well as professional qualifications, the programme also focuses on teamwork, personal responsibility and personal development. Additional opportunities such as cross-group projects, field trips and international exchange programmes complement the training well beyond the regular curriculum.

+++ Top-class training: IHK honours young talents at the CHIRON Group +++

No fewer than eight young professionals were honoured at the 2025 IHK Awards for outstanding final-year achievements. This once again places the CHIRON Group among the region’s most successful training organisations. Around 100 apprentices and dual-study students are currently completing their training or studies at the company.

Training Manager Herbert Mattes sees this as confirmation of the training concept of the CHIRON Group: »The combination of practical learning and individual support offers young people excellent prospects for their future careers.« All the young professionals who have received awards are continuing their careers within the CHIRON Group – either through the StudiumPlus programme or in various specialist departments.

The CHIRON Group itself has also received numerous awards: in the latest »Germany’s Best Trainers« survey by the business magazine Capital, the company once again received top ratings in the categories of apprenticeships and dual study programmes.
