The corporate culture within the CHIRON Group SE is characterized by responsibility, respect and trust. Lawful conduct and moral behavior when dealing with business partners, employees and authorities are central components of our business activities and an important prerequisite for sustainable success.

We demand this behavior of ourselves in our day-to-day interactions and ensure that everything we do is lawful and in keeping with our compliance rules. We are aware that individual rule violations may nevertheless occur. We want to clarify and remedy these and learn a lesson from them for the future.

Whistle-blower reporting channels

We have opened up various reporting channels for the submission of any relevant information – in particular, a publicly accessible whistle-blower system. Information can be submitted by anyone who finds out about any rule violations within the framework of or in advance of their professional activity. The aim is to give these people – employees, suppliers, customers or other third parties – the opportunity to point out any specific indications of rule violations. This allows us to recognize and address risks in good time and take appropriate remedial action if necessary.

Reporting form

Information can be submitted confidentially or anonymously. The handling status of any information that has been submitted via the portal can be tracked on our reporting portal.
