These standards are integrated into a unified structure that covers all requirements and processes: our Integrated Management System. The Integrated Management System creates transparency from the small to the big picture, enables efficient control of processes and procedures, and ensures continuous improvement. An integral part of this is the identification and assessment of risks and opportunities, and the subsequent definition and implementation of measures. Just as important is the identification, monitoring, and compliance with external requirements.

Environmental protection

Energy management
The primary tasks here are to reduce energy consumption and increase energy efficiency. To this end, we identify and review the largest consumers in a continuous process, define improvement measures, such as new windows at our headquarters in Tuttlingen, and implement them in a focused manner.
Occupational health and safety
A healthy working environment, protection against work-related hazards, proactive measures to avoid or minimize risks: The safety and health of all employees is a top priority for the CHIRON Group. The instruction and training of employees and managers is a central part of this.
